Summary
After the fight with Giorno, Koichi calls Jotaro to tell him that Giorno is a Stand user. After informing Jotaro of his ability, Koichi asks what his relationship with Giorno is, to which Jotaro replies that he is the son of DIO. Jotaro admits to Koichi that he sent him to Italy to find out if Giorno Giovanna was truly the son of DIO, and if he was a friend or enemy.
Riding in a funicular, Giorno is confronted by a young man. This man tells Giorno of his ability to tell if someone is lying or not. Giorno asks who this man is, and he responds by telling him he was sent to find out who killed Luca. Giorno initially denies knowing Luca, but when he finds Luca's eye in his hand, which had somehow suddenly appeared there, he starts sweating. The man licks Giorno's face, saying the taste of his sweat confirms that he is lying.
