World's End Dancehall (ワールズエンド・ダンスホール, Waaruzu Endo Dansuhooru) is the Stand of Effect-kun featured in the zeroth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Baoh the Visitor. It also appers in the sixth part Stone Ocean and the eight part JoJolion. It has no physical apperance and greatly strengthens the melee attacks of its user, leaving the attack's recipient unable to see color.

Appearance

World's End Dancehall has no physical apperance, materializing inside the body of its user when summoned similar to how Stone Free can exist inside Jolyne Cujoh's body.

Abilities

When summoned, World End's Dancehall greatly strengthens the attacks, mainly punches or kicks, of the user to a power-level comparable to the strength of Diavolo's King Crimson, only needing a single attack to deal significant damage. If the recipient is hit with a blunt object or has a projectile thrown at them, the impact will also be strengthened. However this ability does not extend to ranged weapons such as firearms. After receiving a hit from the Stand the target's vision will temporarlily turn monochrome.

Monochrome Vision

Upon receiving a direct attack from the Stand, the recipient's vision will be distorted and left monochrome, preventing them from discerning any color. This can also distort the recipient's depth perception, making it harder for them to accurately perceive their surroundings. Depending on how powerful the attack is the length of this effect can change; the more severe the attack, the longer the victim's vision will be disfigured.

World's End Dancehall: Distortion

In Stone Ocean, during the battle against Enrico Pucci and his newly awakened gravity manipulating Stand C-Moon, World's End Dancehall unlocks an ability referred to as World's End Dancehall: Distortion (ワールズエンド・ダンスホール: Distortion) which can distort the vision of its victims even more.

Advanced Attack

The power of the attacks used to initiate the monochrome vision ability are now greatly increased, dealing more damage and even potentially causing the recipient to spontaneously burst into flames and the impacts of the attacks can create sounds as loud as thunder. The severity of the attacks are increased too, being strong enough to fatally injure anyone with only one full hit. However, these powerful attacks are slow and can be predicted and dodged easily.

Complete Blindness

Along with being able to distort a victim's vision to monochrome, World's End Dancehall: Distortion can leave them completely blind, but only temporarily. This leaves enemies completely defenseless as they cannot anticipate incoming attacks. This also prevents them from accuratley attacking back as they can no longer detect the location of their opponents if they've moved. The amount of time the victim's vision is impaired is also greatly lengthened.

Trivia

This Stand was heavily inspired by Stone Free and Diver Down with its ability to only exist inside the user's body as well as Soft & Wet's plunder ability to take away abstract things like eyesight.
