Chapter 589

Summary
As everything in Roma goes back to normal, Mista suddenly reminds everyone that Buccellati must still be in the Coliseum and they have to go heal him. Giorno is deeply disturbed at the thought of revealing the truth to his companions, but the ghosts of Buccellati, Abbacchio and Narancia reassure him, as they won over Fate. Giorno then sees the Arrowhead fall before his feet.
The point of view shifts into the past, as Buccellati's group is having lunch. Buccellati comes to inform the group that Leaky-Eye Luca has been killed and has been tasked to investigate the culprit. He then sees a florist who has been waiting for him. The florist explains that his beloved aughter has been killed by her boyfriend, as she jumps from the top of a building to her death without apparent reason, and that for lack of proof, the boyfriend has been released. He asks Buccellati to avenge his daughter, and Buccellati accepts to at least investigate the case.
