Gold Experience Requiem, Part 2 (ゴールド・E(エクスペリエンス)・レクイエム その②, Gōrudo Ekusuperiensu Rekuiemu Sono 2), originally Giorno's Requiem!! (ジョルノのレクイエム!!, Joruno no Rekuiemu!!) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred forty-eighth chapter of Vento Aureo and the five hundred eighty-seventh chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Diavolo foresees himself impaling Giorno on King Crimson's arm, as he is on the verge on killing him for good and is triumphant. However, he then slowly realizes that the events around him are going backward. The time he's erased is being brought back, and even his own movements are rewinded.

Deeply confused, Diavolo hears Gold Experience Requiem talking to him in the erased time. Gold Experience Requiem tells the mob boss that his vision could come true in normal circumstances, but Gold Experience Requiem's power is to deny that very reality. Diavolo finds himself in his original position and realizes that his actions have been undone. Too confused to act, Diavolo is subsequently pummeled by Gold Experience Requiem.

At the time, I thought of it as the far future, but lo and behold, we've reached the 1999 A.D. that Morioh was set in.
当時は結構未来の事と思ったのだが1999年って杜王町の時間設定なんですよねぇ
