The Requiem Quietly Plays, Part 4 (鎮魂歌 は静かに奏でられる その④, Rekuiemu wa Shizuka ni Kanaderareru Sono 4), originally An Unforeseen Development (不測の展開, Fusoku no Tenkai) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred thirty-sixth chapter of Vento Aureo and the five hundred seventy-fifth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.
Summary
The group realizes that Bucciarati is in Diavolo's body as he disables Chariot Requiem, meaning that Diavolo must be in Bucciarati's body. When Bucciarati tries to pick up the Arrow, Sticky Fingers itself bursts out of his arm and begins to attack him. Mista shoots at Chariot Requiem, rushing toward Bucciarati to take back the Arrow.
Sex Pistols No.1 goes momentarily berserk, redirecting one bullet back at Mista, but is saved by Spice Girl softening it right before it hits his face. The party realizes that Silver Chariot's manipulation of souls extends to that of Stands, and the Sex Pistols who watched over Bucciarati's body warn everyone that he has woken up.
