Chapter 536
Notorious B.I.G. (4), originally Retired! in the WSJ release, is the five hundred thirty-sixth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the ninety-seventh chapter of Vento Aureo.
Summary
Giorno successfully gets rid of Notorious B.I.G. at the cost of his two hands. However, since Gold Experience's powers manifest through its hands, the group's prospect is bleak with Giorno, Mista and Narancia severely injured and no way to heal them. Bruno puts the wounded ones into Coco Jumbo and leaves the passenger cabin to go tell Abbacchio the bad news. Trish, alone in the cabin, sees a football on the wing of the plane; it approaches and reveals itself as Notorious B.I.G. which clung to the plane because of its speed. As it enters the plane again, Trish remembers Notorious B.I.G.'s characteristics and moves away slowly. However she sees Giorno's brooch transforming into a hand, as Giorno took the precaution of transmuting it. The movement catches Notorious B.I.G.'s attention and Trish resolves to protect that hand.
