Chapter 519
The Mystery of King Crimson (2) (キング・クリムゾンの謎 その②, Kingu Kurimuzon no Nazo Sono 2), originally The Boss!! (ボス!!, Bosu!!) in the WSJ release, is the five hundred nineteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the eightieth chapter of Vento Aureo.
Summary
A little while before Buccellati's confronting of The Boss, Giorno anxiously waits in the boat for an update on the progress of his operation while Mista and Narancia argue over the remaining chocolates Narancia had been hiding. Pannacotta Fugo asks Giorno for a bottle of water. Suddenly Narancia has the chocolates in his mouth while Fugo has his bottle, without remembering how he got it. Giorno sees that something is happening, such as birds and people seemingly teleporting, and rushes to the church despite Abbacchio's orders. He receives a call from Bruno and Giorno reveals that the brooch, which fell down the elevator shaft, attached itself to The Boss. Giorno also tells him that the Boss is hiding behind the column near Bruno, and the lieutenant confidently cuts the column apart with his zippers to attack the Boss.
However, Bruno somehow sees himself behind the column, and his conscience switch to that double, seeing the Bruno who attacked from behind the column. The Boss' Stand King Crimson reveals itself behind a disoriented Bruno, explaining that Bruno just attacked his future self when King Crimson used his power of time erasure. In his confusion, King Crimson punches through Bruno's torso.
