Coming from Egypt, Urmd Avdul (ウルムド・アブドゥル, Urumudo Abuduru) was said to have crossed the Sahara desert three times annually. Unlike the other contestants in the race, Urmd's choice of transportation was a camel, which made him a prime candidate for winning the race. Due to the camel's long legs, it had the ability to keep up with a horse's speed, but at the same time crush any other racers with its 800 kg body.
During the 1st stage of the race, Urmd attempts to knock Gyro out from the race by crashing into him. However, Gyro uses his Steel Ball to locate a hidden cactus cluster and lure Urmd into it. The nomad crashes into the cacti and is unable to continue the race.[1]

He is heavily indebted to the mafia after the death of his wife. He inevitably had to make a decision of giving up his eldest son or daughter to the mafia to pay off his debts and decided to give away Lucy to work as a servant.
Steven Steel showed up to his farm one day and convinced him to tell the mafia that his daughter was damaged goods and married to Steven so that they wouldn't want her anymore. Adam was furious and started crying at first, but listened to Steven in order to save his daughter.

Baron Rippi (リッピ男爵, Rippi Danshaku) is a baron from the Kingdom of Naples. He doesn't appear but is mentioned and is an important figure as the former master of Marco. Marco was a servant of Baron Rippi and used to clean his hats and shoes. However, the military police of Naples arrested Rippi for treason, as they discovered that he was plotting a revolution and the assassination of the King of Naples. The baron, his family and his associates were put on trial and sentenced to execution.
Joseph of Arimathea (アリマタヤジョセフ, Arimataya no Jyosefu) was one of Jesus's disciples. When Jesus was crucified, he brought his body down and cleaned it before the burial. Three days later, Jesus arose and Joseph of Arimathea was here to witness His ressurection. Jesus thanked Joseph but announced that he would go East. Joseph asked if he would ever see him again but Jesus simply drew a map of the Americas with nine spots marked with a cross before leaving. Joseph of Arimathea recorded this on a map, which he kept close until his death. Joseph of Arimathea would be posthumously considered a Saint.

Anne Joestar (アン・ジョースター, An Jōsutā) is the wife of George Joestar II and the mother of Nicholas and Johnny. She is seen eating dinner with the family. When George scolds Johnny and tells him to go drown Danny, she looks visibly sad but stays silent.
Danny (ダニー, Danī) is a white mouse raised by a young Johnny Joestar. At his brother, Nicholas' suggestion, Johnny sets Danny free into the woods when his father orders him to kill it. Afterward during a practice run, a new wild stallion Nicholas was riding is startled by a white mouse and accidentally throws Nicholas off, killing him. Johnny believes the mouse, which he saw scurrying away into the woods, was Danny.
During the Steel Ball Run, just as Funny Valentine is about to kill Johnny, he notices a white mouse nearby and wonders why a mouse would be drawn by D4C Love Train's powers, before realizing that he is being drawn back when Lucy is taken by Gyro Zeppeli. It is unknown whether the mouse was Danny or simply another white mouse that happened to be nearby.
Silas Pendleton (サイラス・ペンドルトン, Sairasu Pendoruton) and Mary Pendleton (メアリー・ペンドルトン, Mearī Pendoruton) are the father and mother of Adam Pendleton and the grandparents of Lucy Steel. They immigrated from Ireland and live on the farm with their son and grandchildren.
Alice Pendleton (アリス・ペンドルトン, Arisu Pendoruton) is Lucy's mother, deceased at age 37 when Lucy was 12. After her death came a cloud of misfortune upon the family as her husband spiraled into a mire of debt.
Lucy has an older brother named Tom Pendleton (トム・ペンドルトン, Tomu Pendoruton) (Age 16) and two younger brothers named Will Pendleton (ウィル・ペンドルトン, Wiru Pendoruton) (Age 11) and Charles Pendleton (チャールズ・ペンドルトン, Chāruzu Pendoruton) (Age 3). She also has two younger sisters named Liza Pendleton (ライザ・ペンドルトン, Raiza Pendoruton) (Age 9) and Lizzie Pendleton (リジー・ペンドルトン, Rijī Pendoruton) (Age 5).
Two alternate versions of Johnny Joestar who were victims of Funny Valentine's scheme to confuse Diego Brando and Wekapipo. Valentine shot them in the same manner as the base world Johnny, with Johnny escaping to the sewers, and then arranged brief altercations with Diego and Wekapipo in such a way that it created the illusion of the two shooting Johnny.
Later on, during base world Diego, base world Wekapipo, Alternate Diego and Alternate Wekapipo 2's battle against Valentine, one of these two Johnnys (the one from the same universe as Alternate Wekapipo 2) was guided by base world Diego's dinosaurs and returned to aboveground, where he managed to kill Valentine using his nail bullets, though not before he had already transferred the Left Eye to an alternate self of his.
This alternate version of Wekapipo, summoned by Funny Valentine to the base world, was stalked by the base world Diego Brando. This Wekapipo picked up a gun dropped by the base world Wekapipo and attempted to shoot Diego with it, much to the latter's shock. In the battle that ensued, Diego obtained the gun and shot the alternate Wekapipo at the same time he was transported by Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap to next to the recently-shot Johnny Joestar, causing Diego to believe he shot Johnny.
An alternate version of Wekapipo sent by Funny Valentine via Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Wekapipo runs into this alternative counterpart, causing the two to fuse and split into a thousand cubes, marking the two's deaths.
