The Lemon and the Tangerine (レモンとみかん, Remon to Mikan), originally Nijimura the Maid and Holy Joestar (家政婦の虹村とホリー・ジョースター, Kaseifu no Nijimura to Horī Jōsutā) in the UJ release, is the 17th chapter of JoJolion and the 864th chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.
Summary
The chapter begins with Yasuho outside the hospital. She sees what she believes to be Josuke, and calls out to him, but she is unanswered. A pain starts up in her leg, and she remembers having experienced it during her visit to the Wall Eyes. Looking quite ill, a nearby medical assistant helps Yasuho onto a stretcher without asking and takes her into the hospital.

She manages to listen in on a conversation between Holy and her doctors and finds out that they've detected that parts of Holy's brain and vital organs are somehow missing, despite her denying having had any surgery.
