Leaky-Eye Luca
Luca (ルカ, Ruka), commonly known by his nickname "Leaky Eye Luca" (涙目のルカ, Namidame no Ruka), is a tertiary antagonist featured in the fifth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Vento Aureo.
Luca is a Passione member controlling all illegal businesses done at Naples' airport. After finding out that Giorno Giovanna has committed crimes on his territory without paying his tithe to him, Luca confronts the young boy and accidentally bashes his own head because Gold Experience's power reflects an attack back at him. This incident triggers the events of Vento Aureo, as Passione sends Bruno Bucciarati to find and execute whoever attacked Luca.
He has no known Stand but uses a shovel as a weapon instead, which he uses to beat people with.
Appearance
Luca is a man of average to below-average height, being nearly eye to eye with Giorno, with a hutched stature. The two distinct features of Luca's appearance are his constantly leaking right eye, which he received due to a previous facial injury, with the scar noticeable under his eye, and his bangs which come down into two points.
Luca wears a coat with flower patterns covering it, which are given more detail in the manga, over a button-up shirt. Luca is always seen carrying a shovel with "S.P.Q.R." embedded on it.

Personality
Luca is a ruthless and merciless gangster. Luca usually hides behind a mascarade of amiability and citing friendship as one of the most important values. However, he uses the term friendship to disguise his will to be obeyed and paid for what he sees as his due payments for operating on his territory. Luca is particularly callous and violent, threatening Giorno Giovanna for money, and refusing to listen when Giorno adamantly claims to have none. When he saw a frog, he also ordered Giorno to kill it and attempted to bash it, as well as Giorno. Narancia Ghirga comments that Luca was generally mean to others and that he sold drugs to children.
History
Nothing is known of Luca's past, except for the fact he was in a fight that left him with his injury and moniker.[3]
A scene is added into the anime introducing Luca beating an unlicensed taxi driver who tried to get work on Luca's property near Naples airport without paying Luca.[4] Just before being beaten again, the man says someone else has been dealing behind Luca's back and after getting a name, Giorno Giovanna, out of the man, Luca proceeds to thank him for the information and then hits the man once more leaving it unclear if the man was killed.Luca meets with Giorno at a fenced area near the Naples airport and asks Giorno his age. After finding Giorno's age of 15 comical he proceeds to talk about the true basis of friendship: truth, tolerance, and tribute. After Giorno loses his patience with Luca, Luca immediately shows his true colors to Giorno and begins shouting at him and confronts Giorno about making business at the airport and says that Giorno hasn't given his tribute to Luca, saying they aren't true friends. After robbing Giorno's wallet to take his money, Giorno says he already paid his tribute to the guard outside of the airport and Luca insults Giorno for believing he works with the guards at the airport. Not finding money in Giorno's wallet, Luca becomes more frustrated with Giorno and after attempting to swing at him, Koichi's suitcase that Giorno had turned into a frog appears from a sewer drain and hops into Giorno's leg. Luca tells Giorno to flick the frog off of himself but Giorno refuses, causing Luca to become even more frustrated with Giorno for refusing both of his orders. Giorno suggests they go their separate ways and this causes Luca to try and kill the frog. After striking the frog now on Giorno's chest, the attack reflects back to him causing a large indent on his head, rendering him unconscious.
Bucciarati mentions to Giorno during their confrontation that Luca is in critical condition and likely won't wake up. This was later revealed as a lie, as Bucciarati states that the Boss believed there was no point in keeping him alive. His fingers and eyeball were then used as part of Bucciarati's scare tactics during his interrogation of Giorno.
