Roméo Jisso (ロメオ･ジッソ) est un personnage secondaire figurant dans la sixième partie de JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Stone Ocean. Il était le petit ami de Jolyne Cujoh jusqu'à son arrestation par la police au début de la partie 6.

Apparence

Roméo Jisso est un jeune homme à la carrure athlétique. Il a une coiffure du type undercut, trois à quatres bandes de cheveux étant rasés sur les côtés de la tête. Quand il percute la victime au début de l'histoire, Roméo porte un costume. Beaucoup plus tard après l'évasion de Jolyne et de ses ami, Roméo porte une chemise à manches longues avec une rayure colorés allant en diagonale sur le torse.

Personnalité

Roméo Jisso est un individu couard et égoïste, qui ne veut pas faire face à ses responsabilités. Lorsqu'il percute par accident un piéton avec sa voiture, sa première réaction est de nier ce qui s'est passer et de prétendre que ce n'était qu'un animal. Quand il voit la victime, il supplie Jolyne de l'aider à cacher le corps, puis aider à passer le blâme sur elle car il craint que cet accident ne ruine son inscription à l'université. Il paie ainsi un avocat véreux (qui d'ailleurs agissait aussi sous les ordres de Johngalli A.) pour qu'il ruine le procès de Jolyne et fasse en sorte qu'elle aille en prison.

Cependant, Roméo regrette son geste plus tard. Lorsqu'il revoit Jolyne, il la supplie de le pardonner et l'aide à échapper à la police, lui donnant les clés d'un hélicoptère et mentant à la police sur la direction où Jolyne va.

Histoire

Passé

Romeo starts out with Jolyne, driving a car during an after school date. Sneaking a kiss on the road during a small conversation, he accidentally ran into an unknowing pedestrian. Upon the aftermath, worrying about his college's acceptance and the effect of the accident on that, he persuades Jolyne to hide the body and forget about it entirely, but not before the authorities could track them down.

After placing the blame onto Jolyne, he makes an alibi, stating that Jolyne was driving the entire time while under the influence from his car's mini-fridge, and that she was the one who ran into the pedestrian in order to save his own skin.

Coupled with Johngalli A.'s hired hack lawyer for Jolyne, his testimony allowed him to walk freely, but not without scorn from his former girlfriend.

Stone Ocean

When the gang escapes from prison, Jolyne visits Romeo for supplies and transportation, with Ermes making a replica of his tongue so the group could hear everything he was saying. Romeo fakes their location and tells the police that the group headed for Mexico, enabling Jolyne and the others to escape freely. However Jolyne orders Ermes to release the sticker anyway, injuring Romeo's tongue.
