JoJolion - Chapter 91
Summary
With the rain coming to them, Tooru invites Yasuho to go inside her apartment. However, Yasuho is still shocked that he has a photography of Satoru Akefu with Mitsuba Higashikata. Tooru justifies himself as a part-timer at the TG University Hospital and asks what Yasuho, Josuke and Mamezuku have been doing. Yasuho prefers to keep silent about her investigation and sends Paisley Park towards Mitsuba. Yasuho has confirmed that Mitsuba is a target for the Locacaca Organization and thus that they haven't found the new Locacaca yet. Thus, Yasuho asks Tooru to drive her to the Higashikata House.
Meanwhile at the estate, Tsurugi's Rock Disease is worsening. Reading about Ojiro Sasame and Maako Kitani's deaths, the boy tries to convince himself he is still in the right. In pain, Tsurugi rushes to the bathroom, surprising his mother Mitsuba who is cooking. Mitsuba reads the newspapers too and learns about Maako Kitani's death with shock, and is also surprised to see Josuke in the newspapers. Reminiscing Jobin's secretiveness and the incidents from the past few days, Mitsuba begins to suspect that something is amiss.
Mitsuba suddenly spots Satoru Akefu lurking right by the house. Distracted, Mitsuba cuts off two of her fingers with her knife. In pain, Mitsuba uses Awaking III Leaves to push the the fingertips back where they belong but accidentally knocks a bottle of oil into the fire of her stove. The fire becomes stronger and the water in the pot boils rapidly, threatening to splash over her. Mitsuba deflects the water into the ceiling. Safe for now, Mitsuba is unsure whether she is under attack or she's been victim of a freak accident. Observing Akefu outside, Mitsuba's thoughts are interrupted as Tsurugi comes back from the bathroom. The water that was redirected starts to fall and a drop of it shoots through Tsurugi's nose. Half of Tsurugi's body morphs into a giant origami, with Tsurugi confessing that his time is near and that his Stand must be going out of control. Hearing Mitsuba, the entirety gathers, silently and worriedly watching Tsurugi.
Some time later at the TG University Hospital, Josuke has been put under intensive care. It is 10:52 AM, right before Satoru Akefu's lecture. As the crowd enters the lecture room, Josuke wakes up and puts on his hat. The policeman set to watch over him notices it, approaches the bed and tries to talk to Josuke. However, Josuke then puts two bubbles near the policeman's ears and pops them, knocking him off. Josuke has managed to get close to the head doctor but something unexpected happens. When the policeman collapse into Josuke, the impact is magnified again and Josuke suffers another grievous wound.
