NYPD Blue (NYPDブルー, Enu Wai Pī Dī Burū) é o Stand de Fukashigi Nijimura, apresentado na light novel JORGE JOESTAR. Ele toma a forma de um policial humano e é, na verdade, consciente. Ele tem a habilidade de olhar todos os registros policiais, gravar e transmitir o que ver, e usar um arma.
Aparência
NYPD Blue apareça como um homem careca e gordinho de meia idade usando um terno desabotoado e uma gravata. Ele tem um leve bigode e fiapos de barba. Sua camisa tem "I ❤ N. Y." imprimido nela em letras grandes em negrito. Além de seus olhos que tem múltiplas linhas verticais ao invés de pupilas, o Stand se parece com um humano comum.
Personalidade
NYPD Blue é um Stand Consciente descrito por Jorge Joestar como um bom policial com uma boca suja e personalidade abrasiva. O Stand age como um Nova Yorkino. Ele não percebe que é um Stand e na verdade acha que é um policial de Nova York, convencido de que Fukashigi o trouxe do japão para a América. Ele está sempre de mal humor e constantemente insulta todo mundo, incluindo Fukashigi.[1]
Apesar de sua abrasividade, NYPD Blue ainda ouve às ordens de Fukashigi. Ele pode ser maduro quando a situação pede, agindo como um policial experiente e dando dicas para Fukashigi para crescer.[2]
Habilidades
NYPD Blue tem o conhecimento e habilidades de um policial. Ele tem força ofensiva mediana comparável com a de um policial humano e seu alcance é limitado pela distância que uma bala de seu revólver pode percorrer.
Arma
NYPD Blue pode usar um revólver Colt Python carregado com magnums .357 guardados em seu coldre lateral. De acordo com ele, ele pode explodir a cabeça da vítima. Jorge menciona que a arma é enorme a parece muito realista. Ela tem um desempenho tão bom quanto o de uma arma real.
Coleta de Evidências
O Stand pode pesquisar pelos registros policiais e arquivos de todas as organizações policiais em qualquer país, como a Interpol, a Carabinieri, a CIA e o FBI. Ele usa essa habilidade para descobrir as identidades de Dolcio Cioccolata e Secco Rottario e aprender sobre seus crimes anteriores. Ele pode imprimir cópias dos registros policiais em pedaços de papel que são atirados do vão em sua camisa.
Transmissão de Vídeo
NYPD Blue pode gravar qualquer coisa que ver e transmitir a filmagem, ao vivo, para qualquer organização policial ao redor do mundo. Ele transmite as atividades de Cioccolata e Secco para a Interpol, o Carabinieri, a CIA e o FBI.[2]
Autópsia
Mesmo que ele se recuse a fazê-lo, NYPD Blue é capaz de executar procedimentos de autópsia.[3]
