NYPD Blue (NYPDブルー, Enu Wai Pī Dī Burū) é o Stand de Fukashigi Nijimura, apresentado na light novel JORGE JOESTAR. Ele toma a forma de um policial humano e é, na verdade, consciente. Ele tem a habilidade de olhar todos os registros policiais, gravar e transmitir o que ver, e usar um arma.
Aparência
NYPD Blue apareça como um homem careca e gordinho de meia idade usando um terno desabotoado e uma gravata. Ele tem um leve bigode e fiapos de barba. Sua camisa tem "I ❤ N. Y." imprimido nela em letras grandes em negrito. Além de seus olhos que tem múltiplas linhas verticais ao invés de pupilas, o Stand se parece com um humano comum.
Personalidade
NYPD Blue é um Stand Consciente descrito por Jorge Joestar como um bom policial com uma boca suja e personalidade abrasiva. O Stand age como um Nova Yorkino. Ele não percebe que é um Stand e na verdade acha que é um policial de Nova York, convencido de que Fukashigi o trouxe do japão para a América. Ele está sempre de mal humor e constantemente insulta todo mundo, incluindo Fukashigi.[1]
Apesar de sua abrasividade, NYPD Blue ainda ouve às ordens de Fukashigi. Ele pode ser maduro quando a situação pede, agindo como um policial experiente e dando dicas para Fukashigi para crescer.[2]
Abilities
NYPD Blue has the knowledge and skills of a police officer. He has average offensive strength comparable to a human cop and his range is limited to how far a bullet from his revolver can travel.
Gun
NYPD Blue can use a Colt Python revolver loaded with .357 magnums stored in his side holster. According to him, it can blow its victim's head off. Jorge mentions that the gun is huge and looks extremely realistic. It performs the same as a real gun.
Evidence Gathering
The Stand can search through the data and records of all police organizations in any country, such as the Interpol, the Carabinieri, the CIA, and the FBI. He uses this ability to discover the identities of Dolcio Cioccolata and Secco Rottario and learn of their previous crimes. He can print out copies of the police records onto pieces of paper which shoot out from the gap of his shirt.
Video Broadcasting
NYPD Blue can record whatever he sees and broadcast the footage live to any police organization throughout the world. He streams the activities of Cioccolata and Secco to the Interpol, the Carabinieri, the CIA, and the FBI.[2]
Autopsy
Although he is reluctant to do so, NYPD Blue is knowledgeable in performing autopsy procedures.[3]
