JOJO magazine 2022 SPRING (ジョジョマガジン 2022 SPRING, JoJo Magajin 2022 SPRING) is the first issue of JOJO magazine, announced on December 27, 2021 and published on March 19, 2022 in Japan.[2]

  • Page 2: Visual Image - Way of 35 years Protagonists' Part, an image spanning several pages celebrating JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's 35th Anniversary. It features the protagonists of each part and some of their allies.
  • Page 10: COVER ART MAKING, including rough sketches and commentary from Hirohiko Araki about how he drew the cover for this issue of the magazine.
  • Page 14: "Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan" Introduction, a summary of the story so far in each Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan chapter as well as information about Rohan Kishibe.
  • Page 87: Visual Image - Way of 35 years Villains' Part, featuring the main villains in each part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
  • Page 92: Ripple Column, a column detailing all about the Ripple ability.
  • Page 93: El Aleph, a short story written by Junjo Shindo. Set between Battle Tendency and Stardust Crusaders, it features Lisa Lisa and a mysterious Stand occurrence.
  • Page 125: JOJO'S GAME LET'S PLAY Last Survivor, screenshots and information about the arcade game.
  • Page 130: Special Feature: JOJO the Animation, a two-page spread with art of the protagonists from the anime's five seasons.
  • Page 148: JOESTAR The Inherited Soul, a re-edited version of the commemorative roundtable discussion between the voice actors of the protagonists.
  • Page 168: Questionnaire and Present Notice, a survey about JoJo where applicants can win two clear-file sets as prizes. They have the same designs as the stickers.
  • Page 169: Making of the Rohan Kishibe Design Mawashi, several pages showing how the design was created for the special Rohan Kishibe sumo wrestling mawashi, worn by Shimanoumi Koyo.
  • Page 179: Character Fashion and Mode, pages about the fashion and designs of the characters in the series, written by Kaori Nakano.
  • Page 184: "A Little Bizarre Doggie Parade" Column, a page showing a majority of dogs from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series.
  • Page 225: Otsuichi Interview, in which Otsuichi discusses the story and behind-the-scenes details.

Sticker Pack

The physical issue of the magazine included a set of two stickers; one is based on Stone Ocean and uses the cover art of the magazine, whereas the other is based on Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan and uses the art of Hot Summer Martha's cover.

Publication

Delcourt/Tonkam initially scheduled the French release of the magazine for January 2024.[3] However, on December 7, 2023, they announced that it would be delayed until May 2024.[4] On March 5, 2024, they announced that it would be delayed once again until August 28, 2024.[5][6] On August 6, 2024, the release was postponed once more until October 2, 2024 due to an administrative issue.[1]
