Summary
Getting wind of the Higashikata Family's secret, Ojiro confronts Tsurugi. But for what purpose? Meanwhile, Josuke and Mamezuku try to ambush the mysterious head doctor. But as they pursue him, they encounter signs of the head doctor's Stand. Could this be an enemy too dangerous for the two of them?
