Rome's Joseph Joestar, originally The Pigeon and the Girl in the WSJ release, is the sixty-third chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the nineteenth chapter of Battle Tendency.

Summary

After their abrupt introduction, Joseph, Caesar and Speedwagon are seen gathered around a large water fountain. Speedwagon attempts to calm the dispute between Joseph and Caesar, but is cut short as Caesar mentions his strong Italian pride in comparison to Joseph's lack of training in the Ripple. Antagonized, Joseph challenges Caesar to a fight and charges towards him with a fist. Caesar claims that even a woman could beat Joseph, who claims that even a pigeon would best Caesar. Moments later, a women Caesar had kissed begins to strangle Joseph, having apparently been put under mind control by Caesar's Ripple. The women grabs Joseph and throws him into the fountain.

Caesar follows up by jumping into the air and introduces  his secret technique. Using a soapy substance in his gloves, he is able to launch bubbles fused with the Ripple out of his gloves. The bubbles hit Joseph and send him flying, then surround him and form one giant bubble. Inside the large bubble, Joseph is unable to break it with his level of Ripple and begins losing air. Caesar attempts to kiss the girl once more to break the spell, but suddenly a Ripple infused pigeon flies out of her mouth and into Caesar's. With his concentration broken, Joseph is freed from the bubble and their match ends at a stalemate.
