Morioh a fictitious town located within Japan's S City, M Prefecture, where most of Part VIII: Jojolion takes place. While the population of Morioh is small and relatively normal, it was a major tourist attraction. Before the events of the manga takes place, a giant earthquake and tsunami hit the town. After these terrible events, the town has become isolated by strangely shaped protuberances known as the Wall Eyes .
Geography
According to Geospatial information authority of Japan's official map, Central Morioh extends three kilometers inland from the Coat and is located on a pleateu fiften meters above sea level. Because of its placement so close to the sea, the coastline sections were abandoned in order to protect the remainder of the city and its occupants. After the quakes, several Wall Eyes litter the area between the coastline and the mainland.
