Dark Blue Moon is a stand featured in Part III: Stardust Crusaders.

Appearance

Dark Blue Moon is a humanoid Stand with aquatic features. As with most stands featured in Part III, it does not appear to demonstrate an independent personality.

Abilities

• Whirlpool Creation: Dark Blue Moon can spin its webbed feet to form a propeller that is capable of creating a giant whirlpool.

• Sea Creature Control: It is also able to control sea creatures, as seen when it controlled barnacles to attach to Jotaro Kujo.

• Razor Scales: Dark Blue Moon's scales can also act as razors.

Dark Blue Moon has a high enough range that it was able to attack Jotaro without the user even being in the water. Its user has stated that it swims faster than any fish in the sea.
