Wheel of Fortune (運命の輪 (pronounced: ホウィール・オブ・フォーチュン)) is a stand featured in Part III: Stardust Crusaders.

Appearance/Personality

Wheel of Fortune is bound to a car, and like Strength, is also visible to non-stand users. It is unknown if Wheel of Fortune would be able to take control of another car and reform itself should its current form be destroyed.

Abilities

• Transformation: ZZ changes the shape of the car equal to its size. It cannot become infinitely larger but can improve damage parts and create harder armor and tougher wheels, and even adapt to the current terrain it was fighting on. It can even enable the car to do impossible feats, such as driving up 90 degree angle cliffs.

• Projectiles: Wheel of Fortune can shoot its own gasoline at its opponents as a high pressure scatter shot that can damage the body, though its primary purpose is as fuel to burn the opponents.

• Communication: Wheel of Fortune could converse with others through other cars' radios or its own.
