Pannacotta Fugo
Pannacotta Fugo (パンナコッタ・フーゴ, Pannakotta Fūgo) is a tertiary ally featured in the light novel JORGE JOESTAR. He is an incarnation of the original Fugo, living in the 37th universe.
Fugo wields the Stand Scarface. He is a member of Passione, working under Bruno Bucciarati 37 and Giorno Giovanna ?.[1]
Appearance
Fugo is a teenager with a slender build. He has voluminous, wavy, light hair swept back, with two large bangs in front. His clothing is a distinctive long-sleeved shirt with one button at the chest, leaving his abdomen exposed. His sleeves and pants have large circular cutouts, exposing parts of his limbs. The outfit is paired with a loose tie.
Personality
Not much of Fugo's personality is displayed, but he appears to have an analytical mind, noticing details before others. For instance, he points out how there are fishes and a whale outside the window of Rohan Kishibe's house.
George Joestar thinks that he looks mild-mannered.[1] However, he also enjoys bantering with his friends, laughing at Mista's jokes.[1]
Abilities
Stand
Fugo wields a Stand named Scarface, which was unnamed in the novel but revealed in Otaro Maijo's notes.[2] The name refers to the 1983 crime drama film. His Stand never seems to be used in the story, but according to Bucciarati 37, it is capable of spreading mass delusions to large crowds.[3]
History
JORGE JOESTAR
Tracking Down the Boss
Fugo helps Giorno ? and the others in Passione with tracking down their boss. He is with the gang in Arrow Cross House when George Joestar investigates the mysterious deaths of Diavolo and Kosaku Kawajiri 37, who they assume is Yoshikage Kira at the time. Fugo points out that outside of the house, the sky of Morioh looks like the night sky even though it isn't night yet. There are no clouds, stars, or the moon. Instead, they all see a giant white whale swimming in the sky along with other giant fishes. Mista 37 realizes that Morioh must be floating upside down in water.
While Abbacchio 37, NYPD Blue, and George are performing their autopsies on the corpses, Mista mentions that they are all acting like freaks by touching Diavolo's body everywhere and then cackles along with Fugo. When Reimi Sugimoto 37 gets her memories back and decides to take George back home, Fugo and Mista retort that George still hasn't solved the mystery. Reimi threatens that if Fugo and Mista don't listen to her, they would never escape, since they are inside her and Cube House has no doors or windows. Fugo and Mista panic trying to look for exits, and encounter the tesseract function of Cube House for the first time.[1]
Traitor Among the Gang
Later, Bucciarati accuses Giorno of lying about something and raises his voice. Fugo and Mista run back into the room asking Bucciarati what is happening, but Bucciarati angrily yells at Fugo to shut up. When Giorno betrays them revealing that Diavolo was his alternate personality the whole time, Fugo attacks Giorno along with Mista and Abbacchio but their attacks do nothing.[1]
