Killer Queen Bites the Dust (キラー・クイーン バイツァ・ダスト, Kirā Kuīn Baitsa Dasuto),lub po prostu "Bites the Dust" (
Jest to miniaturowy Killer Queen, który zostaje wsadzony w hostię, a następnie aktywuje się, gdy tożsamość Kiry zostaje ujawniona, wysadzając w powietrze każdego, kto w pobliżu usłyszy jego sekret. Następnie Bites the Dust tworzy pętlę czasową, cofając czas o około godzinę.
Wygląd
Killer Queen Bites the Dust takes the form of a miniaturized Killer Queen. Bites the Dust detaches itself from Kira's right hand, similar to how Sheer Heart Attack detaches itself from Kira's left hand.
Umiejętności
Yoshikage Kira is granted this ability when Yoshihiro Kira's Stand-creating Arrow pierces him a second time.[2] It is born from Kira's desire to prevent anyone from knowing his true identity, as well as his desperation following his impulsive murder of Hayato Kawajiri.[3]
Identity Concealment
When someone learns of Kira's secrets, Killer Queen is separated from Kira and planted into their body, making them the Stand's host. Bites the Dust acts independently of Kira's will. When planted in Hayato, it automatically activates when Kira's identity is revealed audibly or through writing,[4] as well as when someone questions Hayato about anything related to Kira.[5] When this happens, a miniature Killer Queen enters the eye of the person and causes an explosion, killing them.[6] The bomb can detonate multiple people in the vicinity simultaneously if they discover Kira's secrets from the host.[7]
Hayato deduces that Bites the Dust can only become the host of non-Stand users, as Kira can only tell a non-Stand user his secrets to enable the ability.[8] It doesn't activate when Josuke overhears Kira revealing his identity himself.[9] Using Bites the Dust forcibly prevents Kira from summoning Killer Queen because the host of Bites the Dust is harboring it; he must deactivate Bites the Dust and withdraw Killer Queen if he needs to defend himself.[10] Furthermore, Kira cannot use the ability on himself, akin to how Josuke cannot use his Crazy Diamond to heal himself.[11]
Time Reversal
After killing someone with its power, Bites the Dust blows up time itself. It creates a temporal loop, resetting time to roughly one hour prior to the detonation.[12][13] Because Bites the Dust is completely independent and autonomous, Kira is not aware of who is killed by it,[14] nor is he directly aware of whether a time loop has taken place.[15] In fact, the only person who retains the memory of each time loop is Hayato Kawajiri, the host of Bites the Dust.[16][17] All actions performed in the previous time loop become fate, meaning that they are destined to occur as they had happened.[18] Slight deviations may happen,[19] but any person killed by Bites the Dust in a previous time loop is destined to explode at the exact time that they were previously killed, regardless if they re-activate Bites the Dust or even interact with Hayato in the current timeline.[20]
Because the person in whom the bomb is planted must be alive in order to activate the trigger, Bites the Dust will never harm the person with its explosions nor let them be harmed by other forces, demonstrated when the miniature Killer Queen prevented Hayato from slitting his own throat with a knife to prevent anyone else from dying.[21] Ironically, Bites the Dust also prevents the Stand user themselves from harming the bomb's carrier, with the miniature Killer Queen intercepting Kira's fist when he tries to punch Hayato.[22] It also appears to be able to revive that person if they are dead when it is activated, as Hayato was alive once more when Kira planted it in him after impulsively killing him, implying that time was looped to prevent Hayato from dying again the same way.[23]
The only way to stop Bites the Dust's effects is to outright kill Kira or otherwise force him to withdraw it; should this occur, all timelines created using Bites the Dust are erased.[24]

JORGE JOESTAR
In the light novel JORGE JOESTAR, the 37th universe's Yoshikage Kira also has Bites the Dust. It has a new ability that allows it to blow up anyone who merely mentions Kira's name if the effect is active on them.[25]

All-Star Battle (R)
In All-Star Battle and All-Star Battle R, Killer Queen's Bites the Dust ability makes an appearance as "Kosaku Kawajiri"'s Great Heat Attack, requiring two stocks of his Heart Heat Gauge to attempt. Upon execution, Kosaku brings out Hayato while invoking the ability's name, as Hayato breaks free and flees with Killer Queen following closely. Hayato runs away from Kosaku in fear, and if he bumps into the opponent, Bites the Dust will successfully activate. After the temporal loop, Kosaku gleefully celebrates the ability's activation. When successful, Bites the Dust adds 10 counts to the battle timer and restores a portion of Kosaku's health. In addition, it will reverse many effects:
- If Jonathan Joestar or Funny Valentine disable their Heart Heat Gauges from using their respective healing or comeback specials successfully, Bites the Dust will restore said gauges.
- Kars as the Ultimate Thing and Giorno's Gold Experience in Requiem Mode will revert to their previous forms.
- Enrico Pucci's Stand may be reverted back to Whitesnake if it has been evolved into C-Moon or Made in Heaven, also reverting the timer back to its proper speed (ASB) and the stage background to normal in MiH's case. If his Stand was still Whitesnake, it will clear any of the 14 words already spoken to the Green Baby.
- Johnny Joestar's Tusk will revert back to ACT1 if it's transformed into ACTs 2, 3, or 4.
Eyes of Heaven
In Eyes of Heaven, Bites the Dust returns as Kosaku Kawajiri's sole Dual Heat Attack. Like all other DHAs, activating Bites the Dust requires an initial melee tackle by Kosaku to connect. After his partner attacks the targeted opponent, Kosaku has Hayato bump into them and initiate the bomb and temporal loop.
When successful, the match is seemingly reset; The battle timer is reset to full and all characters are moved back to their match-start positions, including any Retired opponents who are brought back into play. However, for gameplay purposes a full reset of the battle does not actually occur: Kosaku and his partner are healed for a small amount, an opponent brought back from being Retired has only a single health gauge and drastically lowered defense, and the target opponent has health missing from the attack. Similar to All-Star Battle, a variety of effects and transformations are reversed.

Ciekawostki
- Araki didn't want to make Killer Queen a Stand that could "do anything." So, to give it a limitation, he split up its abilities with Sheer Heart Attack and Bites the Dust.[26]
