Ripple Teacher Lisa Lisa (Story Arc)
Hamon Teacher Lisa Lisa (波紋教師 リサリサ, Hamon Kyōshi Risa Risa) is the fifth story arc in Battle Tendency.
Summary
Because Wamuu and Esidisi planted poisoned rings into Joseph's heart and throat, he is obliged to train for real. Caesar then decides to take him in Venice, where they meet Caesar's Ripple Master Lisa Lisa. Lisa Lisa reveals herself a harsh and severe teacher and, as soon as they arrive in her private island, kicks them at the bottom of the Hell Climb Pillar, which they must climb despite the oit pouring on it. Caesar and Joseph are forced to tune their control of the Ripple to climb the pillar, then Lisa Lisa subjects them to her harsh training with the aid of the Ripple Masters Messina and Loggins.
Seven days before the rings melt, Joseph has made considerable progress. Lisa Lisa reveals to her students that the Red Stone of Aja is in her possession and that the Pillar Men seek the Stone, which will help them complete the Mask that will transform them into Ultimate Beings.
This night, Joseph and Caesar have a final trial, and Joseph is scheduled to fight Loggins alone. When he arrives, Esidisi has infiltrated the island and killed Loggins.
