Toshiya Utsurogi (移季 年野(うつろぎ としや), Utsurogi Toshiya) is a primary ally featured in Gleanings of Paradise, a short story that is part of the Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: Short Story Collection. He is an editor working for a publisher of a culinary magazine who requests to have Rohan Kishibe draw a manga for them.
