Caesar: A Lonely Youth, Part 4 (シーザー孤独の青春 その④, Shīzā Kodoku no Seishun Sono 4), originally The Fight Between Light and Wind!! (光と風の激突!!, Hikari to Kaze no Gekitotsu!!) in the WSJ release, is the forty-seventh chapter of Battle Tendency and the ninety-first chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.
Summary
Caesar's Ripple proves to be far stronger than Wamuu had predicted. Wamuu tries to retreat within the mansion, but Caesar cuts his legs with a Bubble Cutter and plans on finishing him with a Ripple Kick. However, Wamuu purposely fell back so that the kick's impact would knock him into the mansion. Caesar enters the mansion, only to find a wounded Wamuu waiting for battle.
Outside, Joseph and Lisa Lisa approach the mansion. They look for Caesar and Messina, but all they find is a severed arm.
Back inside, Wamuu prepares his Holy Sandstorm but is stopped at the revelation that Caesar placed hundreds of Bubble Cutters around him. Caesar reveals that his Cutters can act like lenses, refracting the sunlight and magnifying it in Wamuu's position. Wamuu freezes in place when Caesar goes in for the finishing blow, but for a single instant, Wamuu was within Caesar's shadow, allowing him to pull off a devastating Holy Sandstorm.
