Caesar: A Lonely Youth, Part 1 (シーザー孤独の青春 その①, Shīzā Kodoku no Seishun Sono 1), originally Caesar: Anger from the Past (シーザー過去からの怒り, Shīzā Kako kara no Ikari) in the WSJ and tankobon releases, is the forty-fourth chapter of Battle Tendency and the eighty-eighth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

St. Moritz, a luxury resort known as the valley of the sun and for its winter sports, is where the remaining Pillar Men hide in wait for the coming night. Joseph notes that a cat in the area has a distinguished appearance like it belongs to an actress, and then has fun tripping the cat after taunting it with a smoked salmon.

Meanwhile, Lisa Lisa, Caesar, and Messina have found the hideout of the Pillar Men and call Joseph over to take a look at the building so that they can come up with a strategy to defeat Kars. Caesar and Messina believe they should attack immediately while the sun is still up, but JoJo disagrees, believing that Kars is attuned to fighting battles during the daytime, as he has been surviving like that for thousands of years. According to Joseph, attacking his lair during the day would be like a butterfly throwing itself into a spider's web.

Caesar strongly disagrees, and the two argue. Caesar says that he and JoJo must break their families' curse, but JoJo believes that is a stupid reason to kill yourself for. Caesar punches JoJo, and the two scuffle before being pulled away by Messina and Lisa Lisa. As Caesar then angrily walks away to go fight Kars, Lisa Lisa orders him to stop since it's too dangerous. He disobeys the order, stating that he must do this for his lineage.

Joseph is confused as to why Caesar is taking a stand against them and can't wait until night falls. Lisa Lisa explains that Joseph's words hurt him because of his secret past. Messina decides to follow Caesar, as Lisa Lisa requests that Messina should stop him before he enters the mansion.

As Caesar approaches the hotel, he spots footprints leading to an open door. From inside the mansion, a wind blows forth that reveals an invisible figure in the doorway.

I'm so happy that CDs have become so cheap lately. I ended up buying a bunch of them, including Led Zeppelin.
最近CD(シーディー)が安くなってうれしい思わず、ツェペリンなど、まとめて買ってしまいました。
