Akemi (アケミ), Yoshie (ヨシエ), and Reiko (レイコ) are a group of tertiary characters featured in the fourth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Diamond is Unbreakable. The three are delinquent fan-girls of Yuya Fungami that appear during the "Highway Star" and "Enigma Boy" story arcs.
Appearance

Akemi, Yoshie, and Reiko are three young Japanese women. They all wear a dark sleeveless coat/skirt with the skirt slit partway up the side and a bandanna that wraps around their long hair. Yoshie is the one with light-colored hair straight hair with a few stray locks, and the other two are darker colored with wavy hair. They have a "HIGHWAY STAR" tattoo on one of their arms and are seen holding a bokken. Both Akemi and Reiko have a tattoo on their left arm, while Yoshie has a tattoo on her right arm.
Color Schemes
Personality

Akemi, Yoshie, and Reiko are three delinquent girls smitten with Yuya Fungami.
All three are infatuated with Yuya, showing loyalty and support to him, but seemingly mostly for his good looks. Yuya points out that they stopped visiting him once Josuke Higashikata smashes his face but then the three of them do come to pay him a visit.[1] They will often argue with each other about taking care of him. It seems Akemi, Yoshie and Reiko have a promiscuous relationship with Yuya, as the three girls argue about whoever gets to help Yuya urinate. Still, Yoshie is embarrassed when Yuya reveals he knows she is menstruating.
The three of them have a somewhat thuggish behavior. They are aggressive against anyone that intends to hurt Yuya, with Akemi drawing a knife on Josuke when they see him again, albeit never really helping when the situation really calls for it. Their hobbies are hanging out together at a café or playing pachinko, as Yuya says that the only reason they will sit for long is to do either of these activities.
History
Diamond is Unbreakable
Highway Star

They're first seen in the Highway Star fight behind Yuya's bed and taunt Josuke Higashikata for his sudden appearance when he finds his way to the hospital room.[2] Josuke promptly falls to the ground writhing, so the three girls react by berating and stomping on him, but just as suddenly they respond to Yuya's call for care. With his heightened smell, Yuya begins to boast about his sense of smell, which ends on his assumption that Reiko was incredibly mad because of the smell of adrenaline, but unfortunately for Yuya the smell was coming from Josuke.[3] The girls watch as Josuke proceeds to pummel Yuya Fungami, right after healing his body for the sake of principles.
Enigma Boy

When Josuke asks Yuya to help him find Koichi, Yuya states that the three of them left him because of his lack of looks anymore. After Josuke restores Yuya's body back to health, they're seen again visiting Yuya and are shocked to see him back up. With all of them together again, Yuya thanks Josuke and agrees to help him.[4]
In the battle against Terunosuke, Yuya is inspired by Josuke's ability to put his life on the line to save Koichi, and realizes he would do the same for his three fan-girls.[5]
Goodbye, Morioh - The Golden Heart
In the anime adaptation, the three of them are seen accompanying Yuya at Tonio Trussardi's restaurant after a lunch, all happy with the curing effects of Tonio's cooking.[6]
