The World Over Heaven

The World Over Heaven (ザ・ワールド・オーバーヘブン, Za Wārudo Ōbā Hebun) is the Stand of Heaven-Attained DIO, featured in the video game Eyes of Heaven.

It is an evolved form of The World considered by DIO to be the "ultimate Stand," bearing the ability to rewrite reality itself.

Appearance

As a perfected version of The World, The World Over Heaven bears a heavy resemblance to its initial form, being a tall, muscular humanoid Stand. Its most distinctive feature is a headpiece covering the upper portion of its face down to the nose, the top of it slanting at a steep angle from the base of its forehead to a peak above the rear of its head. A pair of ridged cables extend from the back of this headpiece and connect to the Stand's ears, forming rings on the sides of its neck. The World also bears a pair of diving cylinders on its back. A pair of tank treads run from either end of its waist across its shoulders. Its abdomen and crotch are topped by heart-shaped emblems, armor plates adorn its wrists and shins, and its clogs bear curved, sharply-pointed toes, similar to those of its user.

The colors of The World Over Heaven's eyes are inverted, producing black sclera, white irises and black pupils. The emblem on its chin has changed into a simple circle; while heart emblems have been added to its wrist armor, those that were on its knees and the backs of its hands prior now sport the letter "D" instead. The emblem on its right knee is mirrored, as a nod to The World's design in JOJO A-GO!GO!. A pair of bolts have been added to the sides of each of the Stand's legs, one at the knee and the other at the ankle.

While DIO's notebook implies that DIO engraved fourteen phrases upon The World as part of his plan to create The World Over Heaven, the writing is nowhere to be seen upon the Stand.

Abilities

Reality Overwrite

The World Over Heaven possesses the invincible power to overwrite the very reality of anything it strikes with its fists. The extent of this ability appears to be limitless, as DIO is capable of exploiting this power to absorb souls, overwrite others' memories and wills, heal himself of any injury, resurrect the dead, summon lightning at will, and completely negate any ability used against him, including the infinite rotation of Tusk ACT4 and the nullification ability of Gold Experience Requiem. In order to overwrite reality, DIO requires a large amount of "soul energy" and time to charge the ability.

The ability's activation method also functions as its weakness: to overwrite the reality of something, DIO must touch it with his Stand's hands, rendering the ability functionally useless if his hands are destroyed. In addition, the modifications made by The World Over Heaven are considered to be "anomalies," and thus the power of the Saint's Corpse is capable of restoring affected beings and objects to their original state.

Time Stop

The World Over Heaven also retains its original ability, which allows DIO to stop the flow of time for everyone besides himself. However, due to DIO's confidence in his Stand's new power, he primarily uses this ability to teleport away from danger in preparation for larger-scale attacks. As such, the maximum duration of The World Over Heaven's time stop is indetermined.
