Ratt/fr

Ratt (ラット, Ratto) est un Stand utilisé par deux rats dans Diamond is Unbreakable. Il prend l'apparence d'un canon miniature qui tire des dards qui font fondre la chair.

Apparence

Ratt est un petit Stand à l'apparence de machine. Sa partie principale est de forme quasi-cylindrique avec deux manches sur les côtés. Il possède une grosse lentille sur le centre avec lequel les rats peuvent viser. Le dessous de la partie principales possède des crocs et une sorte de mâchoire qui donnent l'impression d'avoir une bouche. La partie principale est supportée par quatre pieds. Lorsque Ratt veut tirer, sa partie principale se replie en avant, révélant alors son canon. Josuke Higashikata note qu'il sent l'huile.

Bizarrement pour un Stand, deux rats séparés ont chacun leur propre même Stand.

Pouvoirs

Ratt est un Stand assez fatal. Son pouvoir est capable de vaincre un homme adulte par le seul contact, et il a aussi une grande portée et une petite taille, ce qui combiné avec l'agilité du rat en font un Stand difficile à confronter directement. Cela lui permet de tirer sur ses ennemis et de rester tout de même bien caché.

Dards Caustiques

Ratt can fire off barbed darts which will melt anything upon impact, be it flesh or even metal.

The effect of the corrosive darts

Once hit, a large part of the body will immediately melt into organic material, a nearly impossible to heal injury that only Crazy Diamond could undo. The melted victims can then be molded into a shape such as a cube if multiple are clumped together, in which case the flesh fuses together and eventually takes a gelatinous texture. In some cases, the victims continue to live (presumably because their head is intact).

Ratt can shoot its dart up to 60 meters away, fire in bursts, and can even bounce the dart off obstacles to hit from blind spots.

• According to JOJOVELLER, its design is a mix of a skeleton and an old cannon.
• In the anime, Ratt along with Boy II Man, are the only Stands that were never given stat info cards.
