Evil Dead (イーヴルデッド, Īvuru Deddo) is the Stand of Secco Rottario from the 37th universe, featured in the light novel JORGE JOESTAR. Having the appearance of a giant head, it can make a specific location invisible from another location.

Appearance

Evil Dead appears as a giant grimacing humanoid head with long hair and a scar on its forehead. The sides of it are being held by two hands with eyes on the back of them and thumbs stuck in the head's eye sockets. Blood seeps from its mouth and eyes.
