Kai Harada (カイ原田, Kai Harada) is a tertiary character featured in the anime adaptation of the fourth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable.
He is the anchorman of "Morioh Town Radio" (杜王町ラジオ, Moriō-chō Rajio). A majority of his radio segments foreshadow or reference future Stand users.
