Fearless Kakyoin (恐怖をのり越えた花京院) or New Kakyoin in the English localization appears as a playable character in the Capcom games. He was added to Heritage for the Future as a secret unlockable character, and is an Active Stand user, wielding Hierophant Green.
Fearless Kakyoin has a different moveset offsetting him from the original. He is somewhat harder to play, but his mobility and unpredictable offensive ability make him very unique.
