HOWLER Company (HOWLER(ハウラー), Haurā-sha) is the current antagonistic force featured in the ninth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands.

It is an infrastructure development company that owns many plots of lands related to water resources across the state of Hawaii. HOWLER is the current target of Team Jodio and Meryl Mei Qi, who aim to steal all their lands.

Summary

The company was founded after Acca Howler obtained a Lava Rock in his youth, which granted him immense wealth.[2] Little is known yet about the intricacies of HOWLER, their staff and operations. Their logo is stylized with a lower case "h" resembling a wolf howling upward.

HOWLER is described by Meryl Mei Qi as an infrastructure development company who mainly owns land related to water resources in the state of Hawaii.[1] Not only do they have property on the slopes of Mount Hualalai, they also own land in O'ahu, Maui, and Kauai. The sum of their assets is said by Meryl to be worth $50,000,000,000.[3] The company possesses 48 land deeds all stored within Hawaii's land registry office.[4] They have a head office building located in Honolulu as well as a private jet. Following Team Jodio touching their Lava Rock to the land deeds, HOWLER is facing bankruptcy as their land is seized by the government and banks begin to collect on previous loans, totaling $38,000,000,000.

The company is linked to the protagonists through their property on the slopes of Mount Hualalai from which the Lava Rock comes, as well as being the place where Mauka, Charming Man's brother, disappeared under mysterious circumstances.[5][6] It is unknown yet if the members of the company beyond Acca are actually aware of the supernatural properties of this land.

They are being investigated by a congressman for illegal activities involving the water on their land.[7] These investigations are apparently a popular topic in the media, with the chairman of the company being considered guilty by the general public. Despite HOWLER's claims that they are acting in the name of nature conservation, some believe that the company is involved in money laundering using the land.[8]

HOWLER has been shown to be extremely protective of their land, going so far as to employ Stand users to eliminate individuals who probe too deeply. This includes booby trapping the paper copies of their land deeds with Bags Groove.[9]
