All-Star Battle ★ Enrico Pucci
Pucci makes his first video game appearance in All-Star Battle and is the only villain playable from Part 6, voiced by Sho Hayami, who had voiced another follower of DIO, Vanilla Ice in the Capcom fighting game. He was confirmed for the game alongside Dio Brando (Part 1).
Along with Hol Horse, Kosaku-Kira, Johnny Joestar, Koichi Hirose and Giorno Giovanna, Pucci is a character who can utilize more than one Stand during a match as part of his moveset and is the only character who can utilize three Stands. As one of the mass majority of playable characters in the game with the "Stand" Style, Pucci can turn his Stands on/off, changing movesets, as well as having access to the Stand Rush ability returning from the Capcom game, being able to attack in conjunction with C-MOON only. Pucci has 900 HP.

Command List
During battle, Pucci can use many abilities of his featured in Stone Ocean.
When Pucci steals the opponent's DISC via "It's mine!" or his HHA, their special skills and Style Button-related abilities (with the exception of Stand ON/OFF and Mounting/Dismounting) are locked away in the form of "the DISC":
- Ripple Users cannot use "Ripple Breath" nor enhance their skills
- Dio Brando cannot use "I'll suck you dry!"
- The Pillar Men cannot activate their respective Modes.
The DISC will be in Pucci's possession until his opponent hits him, causing it to drop in front of him and allowing it to be picked up by either combatant via crouching over it. Pucci can retrieve the DISC to keep the opponent's Style locked, or the opponent can retrieve it and restore their abilities.
Each individual character has a unique animation for falling victim to this attack, similar to Giorno Giovanna's HHA.
While in Made in Heaven Mode, the battle timer will tick three times as fast, Pucci will move at double his speed, and the opponent's own speed is halved; This means that Pucci moves at effectively four times the speed of his opponent. His attacks with Made in Heaven are not only excellent combo abilities, but too fast for a human opponent to react to. Due to the opponent's own slowed nature, they will also fall more slowly to ground when knocked into the air, making extended combos much easier to execute for Pucci. Although he can dismiss Made in Heaven, it will only leave him with his usual set of skills; All of Pucci's new abilities are only available when Made in Heaven is active.
Made in Heaven is not entirely infallible. Most notably, it can only be successfully activated once per match and becomes permanently unavailable after the round ends; Pucci begins the next round with C-MOON again, and the stage will return to its original form. Special animations performed by the opponent such as Throws, HHA, and GHA, temporarily return them to normal speed until the animation in question ends. Due to the rapidly accelerated timer, it is very common for the round to end via Time Up, which can result in the transformation backfiring on Pucci if he has less health than his opponent.
Lastly, if he is somehow struck by the Bites the Dust GHA of "Kosaku Kawajiri", Pucci's Stand will revert all the way back to Whitesnake; Though he may work his way back to C-MOON through the Green Baby Gauge and 14 words, Made in Heaven will remain lost to him as according to the once-per-match rule.
The only character who does not suffer from Made in Heaven's slowing effect is Giorno Giovanna with Gold Experience in Requiem Mode.

Gameplay Overview
An extremely mechanically complicated character, Pucci's playstyle actively changes based on the form his Stand takes. Starting the match with Whitesnake, he is more defensively inclined, using strong and fast normal attacks as well as skills with respectable range to keep his opponent at bay. This gives him much needed space and time to whisper the 14 words to the Green Baby, steadily working towards evolving his Stand into C-MOON. Whitesnake's ability to steal the opponent's DISC and remove their ability to use skills greatly assists in this cause.
Once he obtains C-MOON, Pucci is granted fast, unblockable moves that are combo-conducive in addition to slowly leeching the opponent's life via turning them inside-out. In exchange for Whitesnake's ability to steal DISCs and more well-rounded set of skills, he is given freedom to go on the offensive, fighting at close-range and threatening the opponent with bursts of formidable combo damage. However, more importantly does Pucci gain access to his GHA. If Pucci can successfully evolve his Stand further into Made in Heaven, he can very rapidly ensure victory. Its passive ability of simultaneously slowing the opponent down and speeding its user up, in addition to lightning-fast skills, guarantees him the means to blitz and outmaneuver his foe until the accelerated end of the round with almost no means of countering it.
Pucci, and each of his Stands, is not without flaws. Due to his astronomical complexity with a changing moveset across three different forms, he naturally possesses one of the steepest learning curves in the entire game, requiring ample time and effort to grasp his capabilities. Regardless of his Stand's form, he persistently lacks a reliable anti-air and reversal. Whitesnake also offers lower-than-average damage output to counteract its versatile skillset, and if one seeks to evolve past it, chanting the 14 words will be Pucci's greatest commitment during battle, requiring opportunities be made to progress and costing him significant time and Heart Heat every match. While the reward is C-MOON and its signature high-powered offense, he in turn loses the powerful ability to seal away the opponent's skills, while remaining limited in defensive capabilities. C-MOON's output also does not come easily, requiring more advanced combos to execute on its damage potential.
Finally, Pucci must hold onto Heart Heat for extended portions of battle to secure Made in Heaven, as any attempt not initiated following a Flash-Canceled successful "My body is the basis!" counter is left vulnerable to interruption. Made in Heaven itself can backfire on Pucci due to its time acceleration also affecting the battle timer; rounds where he obtains Made in Heaven will more often than not end in a Time Up rather than his own victory. This means that if he himself is at a significant health deficit and cannot close the gap once the time acceleration has begun, it can result in his own loss and major waste of his once-per-match use of Made in Heaven. Because of this, Made in Heaven is usually only played to secure an already winning round, rather than allow Pucci a comeback from a losing one.
In all, Pucci is an astronomically multifaceted fighter who can alter his powers and abilities according to the player's own needs. When played with proper proficiency and game sense, he can pool together and compound his advantages to become a dynamically evolving threat, utilizing Whitesnake's DISC-stealing, C-MOON's incredible damage, and Made in Heaven's insurmountable speed and potential for surefire round victory. Forcing his opponent to have to adapt to his shifting playstyle, Pucci can draw out each of his Stands' strengths to guarantee victory.
Dramatic Finish
Pucci also appears as a background character and the Situation Finish for the Green Dolphin Street Prison stage, provided he himself is not at least one of the two combatants. If a character were to be defeated in the direction of the gate where Pucci is standing, Whitesnake will appear and steal the loser's Stand/Memory DISC similar to the chapter scene when Whitesnake obtains Jotaro's Stand DISC from Jolyne.
