D4C, Part 1 (D4C(ディ・フォー・シー) その①, Dī Fō Shī Sono 1), originally True Power, Part 5 (真の(パワー), Shin no Pawā 5) in the UJ release, is the sixty-sixth chapter of Steel Ball Run and the eight hundred eighteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

The henchman introduces himself as D-I-S-C-O, user of the Stand Chocolate Disco which enables him to teleport any airborne object into a coordinate of his grid. While he spills his acid, Gyro runs to the right and throws both his Steel Balls toward him. D-I-S-C-O teleports both the Steel Balls and acid above Gyro, or so it seems. Apparently the attack misses, as well as the following ones.

Gyro explains that he used the Steel Balls to create an air lens, faking D-I-S-C-O's perspective. He quickly and easily disposes of the henchman, then goes to investigate the shooting. He decides to ask children from the park what they saw, but some designate Diego as the culprit while some designate Wekapipo. The mystery grows when a man claims to have sketched the culprit's face which turns out to be Valentine's. Meanwhile Diego confronts Wekapipo hiding behind the corner of a building.
