High Voltage (3) (ハイ・ヴォルテージ その③ Hai Vorutēji Sono 3), originally A New World (3) (新たな世界③ Arata Na Sekai 3) in the UJ release, is the eight hundred forty-fourth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the ninety-second chapter of Steel Ball Run.

Summary

Johnny shoot his nails on the wall to escape Dio's trap. That way, the wire didn't hurt him badly but he still got his knee cut. Johnny lost balance, and while falling off the horse he shot another nail on a wall tracking down his enemy. While riding, Dio saw an arm coming from a hole to attack him, so he uses his time-stop ability. When he prepared THE WORLD to attack, the arm, he realize the real power of Tusk ACT 4. The "infinite rotation" exceeded any limits, even stopped time, letting Johnny move his arm and Tusk to raise its head. Dio quickly moved away from Tusk, knowing that if he is touched by Tusk ACT 4 he would be defeated the same way as the president. Dio says, "Johnny Joestar in this world, for me, you are the greatest challenge." Johnny then rises with determination and restarts the persecution against Dio. Meanwhile Mr. Steel and Lucy continues to look on the whereabouts of Funny Valentine. The police also tries to find him, but it was hard to find anything in that situation.

Lucy and Mr. Steel could only wait and watch the battle between Dio and Johnny, praying that Johnny could get back the saint corpse.

The race continues with Johnny still chasing Diego. Getting closer with caution to avoid being caught by any more trap, Johnny keeps in a point where he can see and attack Dio. Dio threw a full gallon of oil in Johnny and then he took a lot of matches from his clothes and lit them. Johnny looks frightened as Dio prepares to throw them to him, not before stopping time with his Stand. When time resumes, a lot of burning matches hit Johnny at once and combined with the oil, started to ignite Johnny. Acting quickly, he fired his nails on the ground calling Tusk ACT 4 again. Appearing flashes on the floor, Tusk opened the ground with his hands making a portal to the sewers to extinguish the flames on Johnny's body.
