D4C, Part 5 (D4C(ディ・フォー・シー) その⑤, Dī Fō Shī Sono 5), originally The President is Coming!, Part 3 (大統領が来る!③, Daitōryō ga Kuru! 3) in the UJ release, is the seventieth chapter of Steel Ball Run and the eight hundred twenty-second chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Valentine incapacitates the alternate Wekapipo while the alternate Diego dies from his wounds. Valentine turns to depart with the Left Eye, but Diego guides the parallel world's Johnny Joestar to him with his dinosaurs, and the jockey quickly shoots down the president. However, Diego notices that the Left Eye has disappeared and that Valentine must have escaped.

Having worked out the mechanisms of D4C's power, Diego lures both Wekapipo from each side of the flag, and drags one through it. The portal between worlds is reactivated, allowing Diego to return to the base world with the parallel world's Wekapipo. Both Wekapipos fuse with each other and die, disappearing into Menger sponges.

Diego returns to his horse, deducing that Valentine can travel between worlds by putting himself between two surfaces, then that he can switch bodies. He concludes that the Holy Corpse Parts are exclusive to his base world, meaning Valentine cannot hide forever within neighboring worlds. Meanwhile, Gyro decides not to follow Valentine's trail but Johnny's.
