In Super Story Mode on the PS1 version, Khan is the 21st Stage and the battle mirrors the manga.

Trivia
- In international releases or when censorship is enabled, Khan's transformation under Sethan uses a broken sprite. The cow is fully-green, likely a forgotten bug in the process of censoring the sword.
