Proud Lineage Joseph (誇り高き血統ジョセフ) or simply JoJo in the English localization, appears as a playable character in the Capcom games. He was part of the original roster in JoJo's Venture as a secret unlockable character.
Command List & Gameplay
The younger Joseph's moveset is based primarily around his clackers, alongside a few gadgets from Battle Tendency. Young Joseph is a fairly simple rushdown character, with good zoning tools. Though he lacks a Stand, Joseph has a lot of exceptional pressure tools in his kit, and very simple combos. Young Joseph's main gimmick is his Cracker Boomerang, his primary offensive and zoning tool. He is also able to run instead of dash.

Story Mode
His Story Mode in JoJo's Venture features no storyline, only an assortment of fights. In Heritage for the Future, it becomes a what-if scenario about Joseph encountering Alessi, and being reverted back into his Battle Tendency incarnation.

DialogueJoseph is affected by Alessi's Stand power. However, instead of becoming a child, Joseph assumes the form of a young man in his prime.
Alessi: What happened!? He should be nothing more than a helpless child! Oh no... It takes more power to make a child out of an old man!
JoJo: Hey you... Wait!!
Alessi's Stand made its victims younger when it was stepped on. When Joseph defeated Alessi, he returned to his former self.
Joseph: Whew! I'm finally back to being what I should be... However, there is a part of me that wishes that I could have stayed young...
Joseph: Well, it's time to move on to Cairo!
The journey of Joestar and company will continue until they defeat their nemesis, DIO! ...To be continued...
