Lang Rangler
Lang Wrangler (ラング·ラングラ Rangu Rangura) is a minor antagonist featured in Part VI: Stone Ocean.
Personality
Lang Wrangler is in jail for hijacking and murder (stabbing a female professor sixty-nine times), Lang Wrangler is a calculating inmate, wearing ridiculous clothing to prepare for his stand's ability to negate the gravity by suctioning to the walls like an octopus. He also demonstrates arrogance by thinking that he is stronger than Whitesnake and could take him out as well.
Synopsis
He uses screws and bolts as "bullets" with centrifugal force in order to disable Jolyne Cujoh and Weather Report while they tried to get to the courtyard.
Ability
Wrangler possesses suction cup-like fingertips, allowing him to walk on multiple surfaces; this has been revealed to be a natural ability of his own and not a power of his stand's.
