D4C (12) -Love Train- (D4C(ディ・フォー・シー) その⑫ -ラブトレイン-, Dī Fō Shī Sono 12 -Rabu Torein-), originally Justice and Evil (正義と邪悪, Seigi to Jaaku) in the UJ release, is the eight hundred thirty-first chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the seventy-ninth chapter of Steel Ball Run.

Summary

A heavily wounded Gyro see his horse Valkyrie galloping close and observes Valentine jumping out of the train within the gap in space. Johnny, confused by this power, shoots three nails into Valentine. The nails are transferred to a Parisian construction site, in which they destroy the scaffolding and kill several construction workers. Johnny then notices that the forest has drawn itself toward the train and that he's cornered. D4C gets partially out of the gap to attack Johnny; but the attack is interrupted when Gyro throws a Steel Ball at D4C's hand.

Johnny tries another time to shoot Valentine, but harm is transferred again, resulting in children being shot down instead. D4C inflicts a small cut on Gyro's hand, which also moves up his arm as Valentine corners Johnny. Johnny nonetheless manages to detach the locomotive from the lead car, which forces Valentine to pull away since he cannot go too far from Lucy. Gyro then collapses, the wound having moved up to his heart.

Seeing this, Johnny falls into despair again, and declares that they can't win against the President anymore, that he has become Justice. However, Gyro stands up and picks the Steel Ball he's thrown earlier. Mentioning the strengthening of the Spin with the stirrups again, he shows that somehow, locks of Valentine's hair have clung to the ball. Gyro then describes that stirrups were needed if Spin users wanted to bypass armors and shields, and that whatever the process, the result is that Valentine has been hit, if only slightly. Encouraged by this result, Johnny and Gyro saddle up and face the stopped lead car.
