The Super Strap Collection series by Medicos Entertainment consists of strap keychains, featuring characters and objects from Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, and Stardust Crusaders. The line was originally distributed by Medicos, but was moved to their subsidiary, Di Molto Bene, in 2014. Medicos revived the series in 2025 with a "blind box" containing six items.
