POP UP PARADE
The POP UP PARADE series is a brand of figures created by the Japanese Good Smile Company in June 2019, with Hatsune Miku from Vocaloid being the first in the series. POP UP PARADE figures are around 17–18 cm in height and feature intricate sculpting and gradated paintwork. They are designed to bring out the charm of characters at prices lower than typical scale figures. They feature characters from several different anime and video game series.[1]
At Wonder Festival 2024 Winter on February 10, 2024, Good Smile Company announced that the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series would join their lineup with figures of Jotaro Kujo and DIO from Stardust Crusaders.[2] In the following months on April 22, 2024 and May 16, 2024, they announced Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency figures with Jonathan Joestar and Joseph Joestar respectively. Diamond is Unbreakable and Vento Aureo figures were announced together on June 20, 2024 for Smile Fest 2024, featuring Josuke Higashikata, Rohan Kishibe, and Giorno Giovanna. On January 29, 2025, they announced a Stone Ocean figure of Jolyne Cujoh.
