Speedwagon's moveset in both game modes is comprised of various attacks using his saw-hat, his sledgehammer, and calling in Tattoo and Amato to assist him.

Speedwagon's basic attack string is a combination of up to five various strikes. In Tactical Battle, this is cut down to only three hits.
Speedwagon pulls out his sledgehammer to strike the opponent with two heavy blows.
Speedwagon throws his saw hat out in a circular motion around himself, repeatedly damaging any opponents near him. (Unlockable)
