Robert E. O. Speedwagon (ロバート・E・O・スピードワゴン, Robāto Ī Ō Supīdowagon) appears in Diamond Records as a playable character in both the Action Battle and Tactical Battle game modes. He has a few unlockable statues of the 'Courage' type, ranging from 3 stars to 5 stars.
Speedwagon's moveset in both game modes is comprised of various attacks using his saw-hat, his sledgehammer, and calling in Tattoo and Amato to assist him.

Moveset
Speedwagon's basic attack string is a combination of up to five various strikes. In Tactical Battle, this is cut down to only three hits.
Speedwagon pulls out his sledgehammer to strike the opponent with two heavy blows.
Speedwagon throws his saw hat out in a circular motion around himself, repeatedly damaging any opponents near him. (Unlockable)
Speedwagon calls Tattoo to slash the opponent with his knife.
Speedwagon calls both Tattoo and Amato to fight opponents alongside him for a little bit. In Tactical Battle, they both only appear to do one attack on a single opponent before leaving. (Unlockable)
Speedwagon calls Amato to jump-kick an opponent. This attack replaces SP Skill 1 in Speedwagon's 3 star statue.
Speedwagon throws his hat at opponents as a boomerang projectile, before catching it and putting it back on.
