Mack believes that Howler will be accused of falsely claiming to install waterworks in Hualalai's water veins to misappropriate public tax money. Mack demands immediate repayment for the 38 billion dollar loan that Dolphin Bank had lent to [[HOWLER Company]]. |

Howler is shocked by this betrayal, arguing that he borrowed the money based on the bank's advice for constructing the Honolulu head office and purchasing other lands on Oahu. Despite this, Mack declares Howler's impending bankruptcy and insists on repayment, either in cash or land. Although their bank is involved with the crimes, Mack believes that only Howler will be considered guilty. He calls Howler a country bumpkin and hopes this will be the end of his conceited attitude before driving away with the rest of the bank staff.<ref name="TJL17">{{Ch|TJL Chapter 17}}</ref> |

This is a list of minor characters featured in the ninth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, The JOJOLands.
These characters play various small roles throughout the story. Minor characters with enough notability are given their own articles, marked in blue.
The JOJOLands
Namesake: Bakin (Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan character)
Takizawa Bakin (Japanese novelist)
Namesake: Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita (Japanese painter)
Jodio opens the door on the passenger side and finds their assailant fused with the door, who is about to stab Leo's girlfriend. Jodio stops him by kicking her away, but the assailant shatters the door's window with his knife and escapes. Leo berates Jodio for assaulting his girlfriend and breaking his car's window, but Paco tells him to stop complaining or he'll give Leo a real injury. Suddenly, his girlfriend's watch falls off her wrist and bounces off Leo's foot, sliding toward the beach. Leo tries looking for the watch in the water while his girlfriend insults him and complains that he lost it. She decides to leave him, announcing she'll get a ride with someone else instead.[2]
Namesake: Mauka: "mountain side" in Hawaiian / Mauka Meadows Coffee Farm
The JOJOLands Chapter 16: Lulu's Bags Groove, Part 1 (1st Full Debut)
He cries in the hospital's ICU after Sophie suddenly falls severely ill due to Bags Groove. He is shown to be caring of his daughter, although regrets not acting against HOWLER fast enough. He believes that her sudden illness was a poisoning enacted by them, as an act of terrorism to make him remain silent on their crimes since he's been getting threats for a while. One of his associates tells him not to sign the document allowing the state to seize HOWLER's land yet, since there's too little evidence and it could become a liability for him. His associate argues that they still need to be certain before he signs it. White retorts that they'll find proof if they use the state's authority to seize their land. The associate tries comforting White and calming him down about Sophie, but he continues crying, especially after her ECG monitor suddenly flatlines. After Bobby Jean and Lulu are defeated, Sophie is saved.[6]
His full name is shown on his signature, but it is unclear.
Namesake: Monte Brutto (Italian Mountain)
While he's in a car later, he gets angry about a slow truck driving in front and tells his driver to overtake them. Seeing all the exhaust from the truck, he thinks of writing up an exhaust emission law. Once his driver passes by the truck, the truck driver, who is Acca Howler's grandfather, shoots Monte Brutto through the cheek and kills him.
Namesake: Frederick Herzberg (American psychologist)
