D4C, Part 14 -Love Train- (D4C(ディ・フォー・シー) その⑭ -ラブトレイン-, Dī Fō Shī Sono 14 -Rabu Torein-), originally Justice and Evil, Part 3 (正義と邪悪③, Seigi to Jāku 3) in the UJ release, is the eighty-first chapter of Steel Ball Run and the eight hundred thirty-third chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

The narration briefly explains that when Valentine moves between dimensions, there is bound to be a power which holds the atoms of his body together: that power is known as 'gravity'. In the same way, if there was a power which could defeat Valentine, it would be that same 'gravity'.

Gyro sees Johnny's hand being cut off by D4C, and the Stand slamming Johnny against the ground for the kill. He throws a Steel Ball toward Valentine but the gap protects him again, transferring the harm to a woman who dies in a carriage accident. At the last moment, Valentine feels that Lucy is being dragged away from him and is similarly dragged away from Johnny. Gyro looks at the side of the train and sees Steven Steel, who got Lucy out of the train despite his wounds. Steven implores Gyro to take Lucy far away from Valentine, as she gets better the further she is from him. Gyro doesn't hesitate and rushes toward Lucy, as Valentine too approaches the Steven.

Valentine tries to attack Gyro as he picks up Lucy but Gyro avoids the attack at the last moment and manages to get away. As Gyro moves further away from the train toward the Atlantic Ocean, Valentine takes the time to vent some frustration on Steven and moves on to his pursuit. Meanwhile, Johnny successfully absorbs the moving wound into one of Tusk ACT3's holes, but worries that Gyro has only one shot. Picking up the Steel Ball, he sees Valentine's ear stuck to it without him noticing, which further proves that the Spin can indeed defeat the President.
