Ele é uma variação evoluida de The World e considerado por DIO como o "Stand supremo", com a habilidade de reescrever a realidade.

Aparência/Personalidade

Similar ao The World em aparência e porte, seu esquema de cores consiste de uma branca angelical com acessórios dourados. Seus olhos são invertidos, produzindo uma esclera negra, íris brancas e pupilas pretas (suas pupilas não são vistas no jogo). Ele mantém o tema de coração em seu cinto, mas seus joelhos têm uma grande letra D ao invés de um coração, e seu queixo agora tem um círculo ao invés de um coração, também. The World Over Heaven ainda não tem personalidade própria, mas espelha a de DIO.

Sobrescrição da Realidade

The World Over Heaven ganha a habilidade exclusiva de sobrescrever The World Over Heaven gains the new signature godlike power to overwrite reality, allowing DIO to rewrite virtually anything in time. The potential extent of this ability appears to be limitless, as this power can be used to rewrite the existence of anything he wants, steal/absorb souls and use them as slaves, heal himself, resurrect the dead and completely negate almost any defense that the series has to offer (as demonstrated against the abilities of Tusk ACT4 and Gold Experience Requiem). However, this power is eventually revealed to suffer from a major limitation: it can only be initiated through The World Over Heaven's fists, meaning that the Stand would have to punch something in order to rewrite it.

Parar o Tempo

The World's original ability, which allows DIO to stop the flow of time. Like previously, this allows DIO to move when no one else can, and attack his opponents when they are completely defenseless. While there is a possibility for the duration of The World Over Heaven's time stop to have increased from 9 seconds, it has no stated limit since it was not demonstrated in-game.

Curiosidades

• Due to its godlike powers, coupled with being able to negate the abilities of Tusk ACT4 and Gold Experience Requiem, The World Over Heaven is one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful Stand in the franchise.
• Its moniker appears to be a reference to the novel JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Over Heaven, and its existence is the result of DIO's original goal, dictated in his diary, to "achieve Heaven".
• Despite DIO finally gaining the ultimate power of his Stand, the Stand type is still said to be the same as Star Platinum.
