When Dragona's bully starts demanding for them to compensate her for the ice cream he sat on, a male classmate tells Dragona how her parents are wealthy and can influence the school's decisions. He asks the girl to let this situation go but she continues harassing Dragona. When she starts stripping Dragona, that student facepalms. Meanwhile, the other classmates laugh and take photos on their phones. The bully announces to them that she will be drawing a bra on Dragona using her eyelash curler, so one of them holds Dragona down to allow her to.
The next day, Jodio sets their bus on fire when Dragona stays home from school. All of them panic to get out and are eventually hospitalized with major burns.
A school bus driver at McKinley High School. She apparently is sick with a high fever but is forced to work by the bus company. On that day, Jodio sets the bus on fire. The bus driver is presumably hospitalized with major burns along with the teacher and students.
The teacher of Dragona's class at McKinley High School. He is considered a bad teacher by one of the students. He doesn't remember Dragona's name, calling them "Dragomi". Although he asks his students to be nice to Dragona since Dragona just transferred to that school from New Jersey, he ignores the bullying. Instead, he lectures a kid for bringing a parrot to school. He is hospitalized with major burns after Jodio sets the bus on fire the next day.
A parrot that a kid with a knit cap from Dragona's class brings to school. Jodio sees it through the window trying to escape the bus after he set it on fire, so he decides to put the flames out himself with November Rain.
The wealthy parents of a girl who goes to McKinley High School and bullies Dragona. They contribute a lot of money to the school and are capable of affecting how successful the teachers, bus company, and bus drivers are. They can affect layoff discussions and even forcefully cause an insurance company to pay ten times the usual amount to the bus company after their daughter suffers from burns in the school bus arson incident.
Security guards working at the Hawaii State Land Registry Office. They crowd around Usagi when he spills his food. However, they leave him be.[3]Dragona suspects that they might be behind the attack on Usagi, but Charming Man doubts that they are Stand users.[4]. Later, the security guards are shown to be familar with both those working for HOWLER, as well as the organisation's controversies. They welcome both Bobby Jean and Bags' Groove's User and allow them to search camera footage for the building. Eventually one even gifts Bags' Groove's User a Hula NYAN Dancer (Albeit after plenty of persistence and bribery on Bobby Jean's behalf).[5]
A composed man who works for Congressman White. He urges him to be rational despite the attack on his daughter, and attempts to keep him composed and to deliberate himself before signing the papers to seize HOWLER's deeds. However, Congressman White ignores his warnings and signs it regardless.[5]
Three women who work as flight attendants for Acca Howler's private jet. He goes to an onsen with them in Japan and also fools around with them on the way back to Honolulu. They lie in his lap while he drips different flavors of dashi stock on their tongues. Howler offers to buy all of Hokkaido, Japan for them when he gets the chance, and wants to go to an onsen again with them. One of the women tells him that they'll be preparing to land soon, another tells him to fasten his seatbelt, and the third closes up the zipper on his shorts. After arriving at Honolulu, Howler gives them each goodbye kisses and says that they're all as lovely as flowers.[6]
Bobby Jean has a wife and three kids. Details about them are unknown, but Bobby doubts that his wife would be okay with them adopting Lulu since his wife doesn't even know her.[7]
A woman that helps Latrato when he ends up on Waipio Valley on the island of Hawaii after a shipwreck in 1843. He falls in love with her and they eventually get married. She is an ancestress of Acca Howler.[8]
The wife of Yokohama. They have two kids together. Charming Man has a video call with her while disguised as Yokohama, apologizing to her that he has to take a business trip and might be gone for a week. She declares that she'll only forgive Yokohama for canceling their plans if he tells her the magic words. Charming Man gets the words wrong but she forgives him anyways.[9]
The sons of Yokohama. Their parents initially had plans together to see a movie with them, then go to a Chinese restaurant in Waikiki to eat shark fin with Chinese mitten crab in it. However, Yokohama is hospitalized and Charming Man disguises as their father to cancel his plans.[9]
A secretary working at Dolphin Bank. She greets Charming Man in his office when he is disguised as Yokohama, letting him know that there are guests in the lobby wanting to see him.[9]
The CEO of Dolphin Bank gives Charming Man, who is disguised as Yokohama, direct orders to make sure that he doesn't mess up when collecting Acca Howler's loan.[9]
A mob protesting against the HOWLER Company for the company's crimes. They manage to intercept Acca Howler's limousine on its way to the company's office building, and antagonize Acca Howler.
A reporter present at a protest against the HOWLER Company. He says on TV that HOWLER has illegally acquired the northern slope of Mt. Hualalai using money from the munitions industry, prompting Acca to accuse him of slander without proof. When Acca tries to escape from the mob, the reporter tells his cameraman to film Howler and capture his sweaty face.
A substitute teacher working at McKinley High School. Laem Chabang and Ningbo show him a photo of Paco Laburantes during their search but he doesn't really know Paco.
Members of the Hawaiian mafia affiliated with Monte Brutto set the HOWLER Company's farm on the north slope of Hualalai on fire in 1967, causing the family to nearly go bankrupt.[10]
Several decades later, other members of the Hawaiian mafia murder one of their benefactors and pin the crime on Paco's father, who was passed out on the street from drinking, by getting his fingerprints on the knife. They act friendly to Paco afterward, saying that they would loan him money.[11]
The driver of Monte Brutto. He listens to Monte Brutto asking him to overtake a slow truck driver. However, Monte Brutto is suddenly shot by the truck driver, Acca Howler's grandfather, and their car flips upside down. The driver screams and begs Howler not to kill him. Howler apologizes since he isn't involved with Monte Brutto's schemes, but his ancestor's land takes precedence. He then grabs a rock and kills the driver with it.
Sailors working for the HOWLER Company on Acca Howler's yacht. They bring in several suitcases filled with cash which Acca presents to the fake Dolphin Bank employees.
A benefactor associated with the Hawaiian Mafia. After being considered a nuisance to them, they murdered him by stabbing a knife in his back and framed Paco's father for the murder.
A friendly security guard employed at McKinley High School. He is familiar with Usagi and Paco, knowing them by name and asking how they're doing. He informs them that Meryl Mei Qi just stepped out of her office with the police, but allows them to enter her office.
