All-Star Battle (PS3)
Highway Star appears in All-Star Battle as a Support Effect (サポート効果, Sapōto Kōka) titled Highway Star's Nutrient Absorption (ハイウェイ・スターの養分吸収, Haiwei Sutā no Yōbun Kyūshū) (localized as "Highway Go Go's Nutrient Absorption"), costing 
900 G to decrease the attack/defense of the opponent.
The panel used for the Support Effect is of Highway Star taking the nutrients from Josuke Higashikata in Chapter 391: Highway Star, Part 8.
Eyes of Heaven (PS3/PS4)
Similarly to All-Star Battle, Highway Star appears as a support effect in Eyes of Heaven. The item has the same name and panel. It increases the user's own attack and defense while decreasing the opponent's attack and defense.
Jumputi Heroes (Android/iOS)
Yuya is a playable character in Jumputi Heroes. He was added during the "JoJo's Bizarre Grand Feature Festival Part 4" which took place from October 30, 2019 to November 12, 2019. He was obtainable by participating in the Unity Battle "Yuya Fungami Attacks!".
